If you register as an Investor on our Website, during the registration process you will be asked to confirm that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy and that you agree to its terms. Such confirmation constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Privacy Policy. You are permitted to register only in your capacity as an individual, and we do not allow Investors to register on behalf of a group or organization.
CleanCapital.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by CleanCapital Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CleanCapital,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”). The Site has been created to provide information about our company and its services (the “Services”) to all users of the Site or Service, including sponsors (“Issuers”) and Accredited Investors, as defined by SEC Regulation D Rule 501 (each, an “Investor”), who in any way use the Site or Service (in each case, a “User”). This Privacy Policy sets forth CleanCapital’s policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”), and other information that is collected from Site visitors and users of the Services.
Information Collected
When you interact with us through the Site or the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information such as when you register for access to, and use, the Services (for example, contact information such as your name, email address, and mailing address. For tax purposes, you must provide a completed Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 which includes your Social Security Number (or Taxpayer Identification Number, where applicable). Investors must also provide other information sufficient to meet regulatory “suitability” requirements for investing in a Project presented on our Website, in part by way of our Investor Qualifying Questions. Depending on the nature of the offering, this information will include: (i) information concerning an Investor’s net worth and income; (ii) information concerning his or her residency; and (iii) other information we might request to determine whether an Investor qualifies for a particular investment. In order to make an investment through the Site, an Investor must provide us with certain account and other payment information, such as information needed to make payment via electronic checks or credit card. Our registration process for Investors provides additional details on the types of Payment Information needed.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of CleanCapital and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with CleanCapital through the Site or Services, we receive and store certain non-identifiable information about you. Such information, which may be collected passively using various technologies or through other means, cannot be used to specifically identify you.

CleanCapital may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by CleanCapital affiliates, agents or service providers. CleanCapital may share this non- identifiable and aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of non- identifiable and aggregate information does not identify you personally. CleanCapital may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

Testimonials
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name and other information. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please contact us at support@cleancapital.com.

You can log in to our site using sign-in services through Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
Our Web site also includes Social Media Features such as the Facebook Like button, Twitter, and Add This button.
