The Vice President, Capital Markets will play a critical role in all aspects of CleanCapital’s project financing strategy, including the sourcing, structuring, and execution of tax equity, construction debt, and term debt (including private placements) for the Company’s portfolio of DG solar and storage assets as well as assist in any corporate debt and equity capital raising efforts.

CC Management Co LLC requires an Accountant to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports, for both equity and debit providers, on the financial performance of solar assets; provide variance analysis and briefing investors on findings and any changes to the budgeted baseline; prepare and ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP; oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and maintain General Ledgers for all project companies; oversee annual audit of compliance with financing agreements; and, Energy Information Agency (EIA) regulatory reporting.
